Function: decodeAmendOrders()

decodeAmendOrders(receipt, pool, amendmentCount): DecodedBatchAmendment

Decode a batch amendment from its receipt. amendOrders is all-or-nothing, so every amendment either placed a replacement or the whole tx reverted — which means the n-th OrderPlaced is the n-th amendment's replacement, with no rejection gaps to skip.

Throws InvalidInputError - amendmentCount is negative, fractional, or not a safe integer (the result is allocated to that length). The complete union is DecodeAmendOrdersError.
