One pool's own seed status, unaffected by any other watched pool.

TailStatus reports the same four facts for the MOST RECENT seed only, so with several watched pools its values cannot be attributed to a pool. Read this for a per-pool answer; read TailStatus for "what did the last seed do".

Whether THIS pool's chain seed hit its page budget and read a shallow book. Always false for an indexer seed.

Whether fill history was loaded for THIS pool. false plus an empty getLiveFills means "never loaded"; true plus an empty result means "genuinely no fills in the loaded range" (SDK-IO-002).
