Hydrate + hold user's order/fill history while mounted, so the user-scoped live reads have depth predating the market watches.

Background acquisition failures use the configured debug/console warning channel. Use the corresponding useWatchMarketResult/useWatchUserResult/useWatchPriceResult hook for inline error UI.
