Result of Trader.cancelAllOrders when nothing was resting.

A kill switch that finds an empty book has SUCCEEDED, so this is not an error. No transaction was sent, so there is no hash and no receipt — which is why the result is a union rather than a CancelOrdersResult with optional fields. Branch on sent.
