One page of a block range, oldest first. Not a coverage guarantee: the range is served from what the indexer has processed, which SomniaMarketsClient.getLatestFillBlock reports.

Fills in this page, ascending by (blockNumber, logIndex). Typed as OrderFillRow so the block position the order and the cursor rest on is required rather than optional.

nextCursor

nextCursor: string | null

Pass to the next call to continue the SAME range. Present whenever the page is full, so a range ending exactly on a page boundary costs one empty final page. Null means the range is drained, not that the chain is.
