The MarginBank to read the plane's wiring from, normally UNNECESSARY: the address comes from an indexed perp market row, and MarginBank.getSystemConfig() reports the LiquidationEngine from there. Pass it for the one case that cannot cover — an indexer with no perp rows at all, where there is nothing to ask.

It fills in wiring the plane LACKS, and only that: it is used when the indexer names no bank, including on a scope a read hook hydrated moments earlier with no hint to give. It never overrides a bank the indexer DID name — the hydrated rows are that bank's plane, so streaming another one would splice two venues into one feed — and it never switches a plane that is already streaming.
